The Warrick County School Corporation is located in the southernmost part of the State of Indiana. The school corporation encompasses the entirety of Warrick County, making it one of the largest school districts in Indiana in terms of geographical size.

The WCSC is the twentieth largest school corporation in Indiana, based on its 9,037 student enrollment. A shoreline of approximately 10 miles of the Ohio River is its southern boundary, with the State of Kentucky to the south. It borders Gibson, Pike and Dubois Counties to the north. The Little Pigeon Creek separates much of its eastern part from Spencer County. Vanderburgh County forms Warrick County's western border. The Evansville metropolitan area is a few miles west of Warrick County.
